Guangdong Province is drafting regulations to add restrictions on what jobs can be offered to foreigners. The proposal holds three classifications; "encouraged", "restricted" and "forbidden" and they will be published annually. If a company hires foreigners for jobs in the "restricted" will be charged fees still to be determined.
