This is the first time in our 5 years in Shanghai where we have received real service that we're used to back home. Expat 2 Expat had time to take us around for a whole day showing us a staggering 17 compounds including International Schools, shopping areas, restaurants and hospitals in the surrounding area.

What surprised us the most was the lunch where they took us to a nice Italian Restaurant, which has become our favourite restaurant in the Pudong area.

We know by now that nothing is for free in Shanghai and paying for a service like this one was a pleasure. Keep up the good work guys!

This was the first company we contacted that was able to show us more than 20 possible homes in one day. During our "tour" their consultant checked the apartments and villas very carefully and wrote a report giving us advice on what to choose and why. We were then told to choose our favourite ones after which they took over the negotiations.

The final result was a significantly lower rent and additional household appliances including replacement of low quality furniture and TV's.

We can highly recommend this company but be aware that they take a little longer compared to the local "free" services. When comparing with our neighbours "free" definitely comes at a price (higher rent)

As for the feed back, I would like to take this opportunity to say,that I really enjoy taking these computer lessons with you.They are fun and knowledgeable. I find them easy to follow.

If things need explaining in more detail, you are very good in, going back to the point where I got lost - or didn't understand and would  show me a different method.

When I came to Shanghai on 05/10/2007 my computer skills were extremely poor, so I decided to take a basic computer skills course with Kevin Sorensen at Expat 2 Expat.

I found Kevin to be very professional in his approach and also willing to go over things again if I was not sure about something, on numerous occasions if I had a problem outside my lessons I would contact Kevin and he was always willing to help me especially when my computer crashed or froze, as I was always encouraged to try things on my own with the words don’t worry if it all goes wrong just call me and I can always sort it out.

Kevin is very knowledgeable not only in computers but also Shanghai and East Asia and is always willing to give advice on these subjects.
He has become a good friend to me in the last 10 months and I still call him now if I have any problems.

I worked as an intranet coordinator maintaining a company's internal website and I got to know Kevin through a colleague who had previously taken a web design course with him at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Due to work and family commitments, I was not able to enroll for the course and I started to take private lessons with Kevin instead.

I not only learned basic web design skills, but also some troubleshooting skills which came in very useful at work. Kevin was always available via msn or email, so when I encountered any problems at work, he was always there to help me.

I have always dreamed of building a website for my dog, Dino. With my newly acquired skills together with Kevin's tips and useful links, I managed to build a professional looking site from scratch without using any templates. It is a wonderful tribute to my dog (www.lovedino.com) and I have received many compliments for it.

Thank you Kevin for guiding me along, I am sure I will be building many more new sites soon. I will definitely recommend Kevin's web design course for anyone who is interested in designing web pages.

A delightful, easy to understand course for beginners in website construction, Kevin takes the layman approach in ensuring students understand and most importantly apply what they have learned to real websites.
