Our Team!

Here is a short introduction of our team and what their responsibilities are.

Kevin

Kevin is responsible for IT Services, Learning services and overall service quality. Kevin has been working in the IT industry for more than 15 years and he has been working with customer support, training, and conflict resolution for many years.
Before relocating to Shanghai he was working for Dell’s Gold Technical Support as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. One of his responsibilities was to take care of Dell’s largest clients when they had complaints or needed help with non-typical issues.

Spoken languages: Danish, English, German and Swedish

Lily

Lily is our top notch negotiator and she takes care of all negotiations to make sure the client gets the best available price. Lily has been working in the service industry for many years and she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to negotiating with locals.
Lily is also responsible for our cooking class and she comes with a lot of positive feedback for her cooking skills.

Spoken languages: Chinese and English

Li Hong

Li is our financial advisor and liaison with the local government. Li has a lot of contacts with local professionals, who can help expatriates when they get into problems, be it with the local law, contractual problems, counseling or other problems expatriates might encounter.

Alina

Alina is responsible for collecting information about the compounds and also to help our clients when they have problems with their landlord or compound management.
